Job Description

Tax Manager Chantilly, VA $120,000 - $150,000 Some firms are large enough to offer opportunity. Others are small enough to offer visibility. Very few manage to give you both. This one does. They've grown into a nationally recognised Top 100 Tax, Audit & Accounting firm with close to 300 employees across multiple offices, but somehow still managed to avoid the "corporate machine" feel that usually comes with that level of scale. The client pipeline is strong, new work continues to come in, and leadership is investing ahead of demand rather than waiting until teams become overloaded. So this isn't a replacement hire. They're looking for a Tax Manager who can step into a visible role within the team, lead engagements confidently, review work at a high level, and continue growing alongside the firm itself.
