Tax Senior Manager / Director

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH is seeking a seasoned Tax Senior Manager/Director to join our Oklahoma City, OK client's team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to make a real impact across a diverse portfolio of clients. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee client tax engagements from start to finish
• Review tax returns prepared by staff and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering proactive communication and planning
• Collaborate with partners to prepare returns for final review
• Mentor and support tax associates in their professional development
• Stay current on federal, state, and local tax laws, and provide strategic tax planning advice

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of tax experience in public accounting
• Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance and planning for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, and corporations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Pay Details:
