You get the structure and client exposure you'd expect from a larger practice, but with the accessibility and pace that keeps things moving and keeps you close to the work. At Tax Supervisor level, this is very much a review and client-facing role. You'll be working across a broad mix of clients including HNW individuals, non-profits and S-Corps, reviewing returns, supporting junior staff, and getting involved in their development as they grow. It's a step up in ownership, not just work volume. Client contact is a real part of the role here, so being comfortable communicating clearly and confidently is important. Flexibility is built in in a realistic way. You'll have hybrid working (two days of your choice) and busy season typically peaks around 55 hours, but only for short periods across spring and autumn.
