As the firm continues to expand, its specialized Trusts & Estates practice has experienced significant growth, creating an opportunity for an experienced professional to join and help shape the future of this service line. The Opportunity The firm is seeking a seasoned Trust & Estates Tax Senior Manager to serve as a key technical leader within the practice. This individual will work closely with high-net-worth families, fiduciaries, family offices, attorneys, and closely held businesses on complex trust, estate, gift, and individual tax matters. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into an established and growing niche practice while helping drive its next phase of growth. For individuals interested in long-term leadership, there is a clear path to partnership. Responsibilities Lead and review complex trust, estate, gift, fiduciary, and high-net-worth individual tax engagements. Provide advanced tax planning and consulting services related to estate and wealth transfer strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, attorneys, trustees, executors, and family offices. Research and analyze complex tax issues and communicate recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Mentor and develop junior tax professionals within the practice. Collaborate with firm leadership on client service initiatives and practice growth strategies. Assist in identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings. Stay current on changes in federal and state trust, estate, and gift tax regulations. Qualifications 15+ years of Trusts & Estates tax experience CPA or JD required Background in public accounting or a legal environment Strong expertise in fiduciary, estate, gift, and high-net-worth tax matters Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and referral partners Why Join?
