Position Overview:

We are seeking a Tax Senior or Tax Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality client service while mentoring and supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and sign off on individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to staff members Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction Build and maintain strong client relationships Stay up to date on tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required) EA or CPA designation (required) 3+ years of prior experience in public accounting (preferred) Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and compliance Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
