Meaningful Client Exposure A Team That Actually Feels Like One What You'll Do:

Prepare and review tax returns across a variety of clients Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services Build and manage client relationships Mentor and develop junior staff (Manager+ levels) Contribute to firm initiatives and process improvements

Skills/Experience Required:

Public accounting tax experience (Senior through Senior Manager level) CPA or on track preferred Strong technical skills with a desire to grow beyond compliance Motivated, collaborative, and ready to take ownership of your work
