Senior Manager of Tax:

Manage and own income tax compliance related to domestic and foreign operations, including preparing returns and estimated payments Oversee quarterly and annual accounting for income taxes, including effective tax rate determination and ASC 740 disclosures in accordance with US GAAP Lead responses to income tax audits and monitor tax team's SOX compliance and internal audit requests Monitor tax developments, assess impacts, and communicate tax change opportunities to management Support tax planning for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integration post-transaction Requirements for the

Senior Manager of Tax:

Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of income tax experience in public accounting or a large multinational public company tax department 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity overseeing at least 3 associates and projects Substantial understanding of GAAP including ASC 740 and ASC 805 Knowledge of tax statutes and regulations for domestic and/or international jurisdictions Experience with tax research software and Oracle ERP software is preferred What's in it for you?
