Manage client engagements, oversee accounting operations, and guide tax planning strategies while working with a collaborative, professional team.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage client tax, accounting, and tax planning engagements Oversee accounting operations and prepare/review financial statements Supervise staff, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality client service Prepare individual and business tax returns Consult clients on accounting systems and QuickBooks Online Manage payroll processes and tax compliance as needed

What We're Looking For:

CPA license preferred 7+ years of tax and accounting experience in public accounting Strong knowledge of tax, accounting, and financial reporting QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office proficiency Leadership, client management, and organizational skills
