Job Description

Join Our Growing CPA Firm in Northern Virginia We are a well-established and expanding public accounting firm in Northern Virginia, and we are seeking experienced professionals at the Senior , Supervisor, and Manager levels to join our tax team. Whether you're a CPA or a CPA candidate with at least 2 years of recent public accounting experience , this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
What You'll Do:
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities will include: Preparing and/or reviewing a wide variety of income tax returns—including individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate returns Collaborating with team members on complex tax issues Supervising and mentoring junior staff (Supervisor/Manager level) Managing client relationships and supporting firm growth (Manager level)
What We're Looking For:
CPA or CPA candidate with a minimum of 2 years of r ecent, hands-on tax experience Strong understanding of tax compliance across multiple entity types, including trusts and estates Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with CCH ProSystems fx is a plus A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow with the firm Why Join Us?
