Manager/Supervisor

Well established, growing local CPA firm is seeking bright, talented CPA (or CPA candidate) to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting, tax preparation and mentoring. Responsibilities:

Have a good understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations applicable to business and individual clients. Work closely with teammates and clients regarding tax, accounting and other business matters. Work well in a dynamic collaborative team environment. Identify opportunities for personal growth and overall firm process improvements. Identify and communicate new service opportunities to the management team for new and existing clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Current CPA license or in the process of taking the exam. Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience, including 2 years with supervisory responsibilities. Prior experience with Thomson Reuters software, and/or QuickBooks a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
