Tax Manager (Partner Track) Our firm is seeking an experienced, motivated Tax Manager to join our team with a clear path toward future partnership . Key Responsibilities Oversee and review the preparation of complex individual and business income tax returns Research, organize, and evaluate client tax documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Provide proactive tax planning, advice, and strategic recommendations to clients Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication Stay current on federal, state, and local tax laws and regulatory changes Supervise, mentor, and train tax staff, fostering professional growth and accountability Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements and client service initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Active CPA license, preferred Minimum of 6 years of tax experience Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations Strong knowledge of accounting and end of year closing procedures Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team management experience Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency with tax software such as CCH, Intuit, or Thomson Reuters Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment What We Offer Clear path to firm partnership Collaborative and supportive work culture Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Competitive compensation and benefits
