We are seeking a Tax Manager who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to play a key role in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Position Summary The Tax Manager will oversee the preparation and review of individual and small business tax returns while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This is a client-facing, in-person role that requires strong technical tax knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with business owners and individuals. Responsibilities Review and prepare complex individual and small business tax returns Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact Meet with clients to discuss tax strategies, financial situations, and planning opportunities Research and resolve tax issues and questions Supervise and mentor tax staff and preparers Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax engagements Qualifications CPA or EA preferred 5+ years of tax preparation experience Strong experience with individual, partnership, and S corporation tax returns Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional technology skills are essential What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Stable year-round workload focused on tax services Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity for leadership and long-term growth
