05/13/2026 Our client in the greater Milwaukee area is looking for a Senior Tax Manager . This client is looking for someone with 5+ years of related tax experience, excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. The salary range for this role is $107k-166k + bonus. The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
International Tax Compliance & Reporting Lead the preparation and review of U.S. international tax calculations and reporting requirements, including items related to controlled foreign corporations, foreign tax credits, and other cross-border tax provisions. Coordinate the collection, validation, and analysis of global tax data to support evolving international tax regulations and global minimum tax initiatives. Oversee withholding tax compliance activities for international transactions in collaboration with accounting and treasury teams. Support quarterly and annual tax provision processes. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting international tax positions and recommend appropriate actions. Transfer Pricing Management Direct the company's global transfer pricing framework and ensure consistency with operational and financial objectives. Manage the development and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation. Evaluate intercompany transactions and agreements to ensure alignment with established transfer pricing methodologies. Partner with internal business leaders to assess transfer pricing implications related to operational changes, supply chain initiatives, and expansion efforts. Support transfer pricing examinations and coordinate responses to tax authority inquiries and audits. Global Tax Strategy & Planning Assist with tax planning initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, legal entity restructuring, and international expansion. Analyze the tax impact of new business models, intercompany arrangements, and strategic investments. Provide guidance on global tax risk management and identify opportunities to improve tax efficiency. Support implementation of process enhancements, internal controls, and documentation standards across tax operations. Additional Responsibilities Oversee preparation and filing of country-by-country reporting requirements and other international tax disclosures. Develop and maintain tax policies, procedures, and best practices to strengthen compliance and operational effectiveness. Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Mentor and support junior tax professionals while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Participate in special projects and other tax-related initiatives as needed The Senior Tax Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field 5+ years of relevant tax experience Experience working with cross-functional and international teams Public accounting and/or multinational corporate tax experience strongly preferred Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
