Job Description

Full Job Description My client. is looking for Full time CPA's with 5+ years public accounting experience to join our firm. Public accounting and tax return preparation desired. M client is a full-service accounting and consulting firm. They have provided their high-quality services for over 35 years. Their industry expertise includes real estate, nursing homes, restaurants and professional service providers. As a mid-size local firm, we are heavily involved in the community and provide a personalized experience to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation and research for individual and business tax returns. Preparation of financial statements (GAAP experience). Analyze financial information and make recommendations for year-end adjustments to business clients. Assist on audits as deemed necessary. Communicate with clients and other interested parties. Stay up to date on current tax laws and relevant changes. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
CPA with 5+ years tax preparation experience (1040, 1120, 1065, 990 etc.) Strong attention to detail, goal oriented, professional, works well under deadlines. Work independently and efficiently. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Working knowledge of QuickBooks. Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at the same time. My client's
