Typing Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
  • Collect and organize financial information from clients
  • Analyze financial documents to determine appropriate deductions and credits
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Utilize tax software and other tools to efficiently prepare and file tax returns
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive information
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong mathematical skills and ability to analyze financial concepts
  • Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using tax software, such as QuickBooks, to prepare accurate returns
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to clients
  • Familiarity with 10-key typing for efficient data entry
