  • Full-time Enrolled Agent (EA) / Tax & Bookkeeping Professional Overview We are looking for an Enrolled Agent (EA) or experienced tax professional to join our growing accounting and financial services firm.
This position includes tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll support, and helping clients with accounting and tax matters. Responsibilities Prepare individual and business tax returns. Perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliations. Maintain financial records and general ledgers. Assist with payroll reports and quarterly filings. Respond to IRS notices and client tax questions. Use QuickBooks/Lacerte and other accounting software. Communicate professionally with clients and staff. Qualifications EA license preferred or strong tax preparation experience. Experience with bookkeeping and accounting. Knowledge of QuickBooks/Lacerte and Microsoft Office. Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Public accounting or tax office experience. Payroll or trust/estate experience is a plus. Competitive pay based on experience. Growth opportunities available.
