Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file individual and business income tax returns Assist with quarterly tax estimates Handle client inquiries, build relationships, and communicate with a young, modern client base Perform data entry and other administrative duties as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely tax preparationRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience preparing and filing tax returns 2 years min. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong email and calendar management skills (Outlook preferred) Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask multiple clients and administrative tasks Comfortable communicating via phone and Zoom Willingness to learn new client management software Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a related field 1-5 years of relevant experience preferredPosition Details:
