Tax Preparer

Job Overview America Tax Pros is hiring motivated and reliable team members for our Cochran, GA office for the upcoming tax season. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the tax and financial services industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior tax experience is required — training will be provided .

Pay & Incentives Hourly Pay:

$11.00 - $15.00 per hour (based on experience)

Performance Bonuses:

Available based on production, client volume, and overall performance Opportunity for growth within the company Work Schedule Must be available to work office hours between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Must be able to attend required training sessions prior to and during tax season Weekend availability may be required during peak season Responsibilities Greet and assist clients in a professional manner Collect and organize tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, IDs, etc.) Input basic client information into tax software Answer phones and schedule appointments Support tax preparers and office staff Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information Qualifications Strong customer service skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to learn and follow compliance procedures Preferred Previous customer service or office experience Interest in tax preparation, accounting, or financial services Why Join America Tax Pros?
