Assist clients with tax planning strategies to optimize their financial outcomes for the upcoming year. Maintain detailed records of all filings, correspondence, and client interactions for audit readiness. Provide exceptional customer service by answering client questions clearly and professionally while explaining complex tax concepts in understandable terms. Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and accounting standards to ensure compliance and maximize benefits for clients. Skills Strong understanding of financial concepts, including corporate accounting, bookkeeping, and public accounting practices. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and other financial software tools. Solid knowledge of tax regulations, procedures, and experience preparing various types of tax returns. Excellent analysis skills to interpret financial data accurately and identify potential issues or opportunities. Exceptional math skills along with proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry. Effective marketing skills to promote services and build client relationships. Ability to communicate technical accounting information clearly to clients with diverse backgrounds. Customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism in every interaction.
