Executive & Virtual Office Suites - 5.0 Upper Marlboro, MD Job Details Part-time 3 days ago Qualifications Filing Attention to detail QuickBooks Online QuickBooks Organizational skills Enrolled Agent Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper / Tax Preparer to support our expanding client base. Responsibilities Maintain client bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online or Sage 50 Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare monthly financial statements Assist with payroll processing and payroll reporting Prepare individual and business tax returns Organize tax documents and client files Assist with tax season workflow and client follow-up Maintain strict confidentiality of client information Qualifications Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience Strong QuickBooks Online experience required Experience preparing tax returns preferred Knowledge of payroll processing Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience with TaxDome, SmartVault, ProSeries, or similar tax software EA, CPA candidate, or experienced tax preparer To Apply Please submit your resume, a summary of your experience, and your hourly rate requirements.
