Duties Prepare individual tax returns (to include Sch C, E and F) with precision and attention to detail Review financial documents, including income statements, expense reports, and bank statements to gather necessary information Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, or other tax preparation tools to streamline processes Conduct analysis of financial data to identify deductions, credits, and potential areas for savings Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize client benefits Assist clients with questions related to tax filings, payments, and documentation requirements Support marketing efforts by explaining services to prospective clients and building lasting relationships Requirements Proven experience in tax preparation or public accounting with a strong understanding of tax concepts Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms Solid knowledge of financial sales techniques and customer service skills Strong analysis skills coupled with math proficiency and 10 key typing accuracy Familiarity with technical accounting principles and bookkeeping practices Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client files efficiently Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and professionally Join us as a Tax Preparer and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier financial services!
