Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tax Preparer / Staff Accountant with 3+ years of tax preparation to join our team!
Full Time Responsibilities include:
Preparation of Corporate, Partnership, and Individual tax returns Assist with year-end financial statements and tax planning Preparation of quarterly payroll tax returns, sales tax returns and estimated tax payments Maintain organized and accurate client records Communicate effectively with clients to ensure timely and accurate filings
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience preparing business and individual tax returns from start to finish. Proficiency in Intuit software including ProSeries and QuickBooks, is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask Ability to work under deadlines Strong communication skills Why Join Us? Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
