Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven CPA or EA tax professional to join a growing independent financial planning and wealth management practice. This senior-level role is ideal for a seasoned tax professional with 10+ years of experience serving high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and retirees through tax preparation, and tax-focused wealth strategies. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, including complex tax situations for high-net-worth clients and closely held businesses. Deliver proactive tax planning strategies integrated with overall financial and investment plans. Assume responsibility for an existing book of 150 individual and business tax clients while maintaining high service standards and strengthening long-term client relationships. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships built on trust, fiduciary advice, and exceptional service. Participate in business development and referral relationship management.
