General Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to our tax clients
• Deliver a full range of tax services by preparation of income taxes for individuals, and businesses.
• Provide tax planning consultation to tax clients
• Respond to tax notices
• Responding to phone calls and answering various questions from clients
• Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expert tax services
• Helping organize the flow of clients during tax season

Experience:

• CPA, or EA certification - or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's Degree helpful
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation required Skills/Aptitude
• Strong computer skills - experience with Lacerte tax software helpful
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Detailed oriented & ability to multi-task
• High motivation level with self-starter and can-do attitude. [Solutions not problems]
• Be able to function with minimal supervision
• Able to work in small team environment

Pay:

$24.66 - $45.00 per hour
