This is a Seasonal Postion that starts in December. This is a commission based position and require you to interact with people. We are looking for motivated and professional individuals to join our tax preparation team for the upcoming tax season. No experience? No problem — we provide virtual training, marketing assistance, and access to professional tax software to help you succeed. As a Tax Preparer, you will assist clients with filing accurate tax returns, educating them on tax credits and deductions, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the season.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and file individual tax returns Gather and review client tax documents Communicate with clients professionally Maintain confidentiality and accuracy Market tax services through social media and networking Follow IRS guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills Self-motivated and dependable Basic computer and smartphone knowledge Ability to work independently Sales or customer service experience is a plus Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
