This role is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing individual and small business returns without the pressure of highly complex work. Description Prepare primarily individual (1040) returns and some basic business returns Communicate with our clients and team on open items and follow-ups Help keep returns moving efficiently during busy periods - February, March, April, September and October are our busy months Qualifications Prior experience in tax preparation is required. Proficiency with tax preparation software is required. Lacerte experience is a plus. Organization and time management skills are critical for this role. Excellent analysis skills combined with strong math abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with bookkeeping, and corporate accounting. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients
