  • We are seeking a meticulous Tax Preparer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses and will be client facing. This role will be heavily engaged in seeking out new clients and onboarding them with the company. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial concepts.
  • Duties:
  • Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
  • Analyze financial data to ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Utilize accounting and tax software such as Lacerte, QuickBooks, Sage, and other tools to assist in tax preparation
  • Market tax services to potential clients and provide financial sales support
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or similar role engaging with clients as an advisor
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools like QuickBooks, Sage
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data effectively
  • Knowledge of financial concepts and technical accounting principles
