Job Description
A Partner that works to live, not lives to work. And that relaxed culture permeates through his Firm. You'll get paid around $120,000 + bens. Yes, there's firms in NY that will pay you a lot more. But if you value your work life balance over $$$, then it's worth us having a chat. Maybe you live on the Island and are commuting into NYC. You want something closer to home. Or perhaps you're in a Firm where busy season hours are 60+. And you want some of your life back. Here you'll have a flexible, hybrid schedule. Ideally you'll pop into the Jericho office twice a week, especially during tax season. The busy season hours aren't crazy. The Managing Partner is currently saying no to new business. To protect your work-life balance. You'll be handling all the review work (and some complex prep). Currently this is done by the Partner. They use Lacerte. If you've used it, great.
