Tax Reviewer Description:
The tax reviewer is responsible for reviewing tax returns, learning on the job, teaching/training others, using technical skills, managing client relationships, and working as part of a team with minimal supervision. This person will review (and sometimes prepare) individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns; review (and sometimes prepare) quarterly estimated income tax payments; perform miscellaneous bookkeeping functions including general accounting and adjusting journal entries; and carry out various tax research and consulting projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Must have completed 3 to 4 full (spring and fall) tax seasons with an accounting firm CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experiences Must have experience with preparation and review of corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns Able and willing to quickly pick up skills with tax and accounting software. Experience with Lacerte a plus. Experience with QuickBooks a plus Strong accounting and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communications skills for providing quality service to clients and working well with team members Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and
Edge/Chrome/Firefox Pay:
Depends on experience.

A test of individual and corporate tax preparation ability may be administered during the interview process. References will be checked.
