Business Relationship Manager

We are looking for a problem-solver who is highly organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a dynamic working environment . You'll be the dedicated point of contact for Texas entrepreneurs who trust you to keep their businesses in good standing. You own the relationship; our clients rely on you to manage their registered agent service, file their franchise tax returns, submit Public Information Reports, handle BOIR filings, and navigate the compliance obligations that most business owners don't even know they have. What You'll Do Provide "concierge" level service as the professional registered agent and compliance manager for small businesses across Texas Prepare and file franchise tax returns, Public Information Reports, and Beneficial Ownership Information Reports Manage new business formations, entity amendments, and related filings with the Texas Secretary of State and Comptroller Track deadlines across multiple entities for each client and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Research compliance topics, tax notices, and regulatory changes as they affect your clients Communicate proactively — flagging issues before clients know they exist and explaining complex requirements in plain language Coordinate with our partner network for business tax preparation, credit advisory services, and other member benefits Who You Are You're highly organized and genuinely enjoy managing details across multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously You take initiative — when you see something that needs attention, you handle it without being asked You communicate with confidence and warmth, whether you're coordinating reports/payments with the Comptroller's office or explaining franchise tax to a first-time business owner You're fluent in English and Spanish — our members reflect the Texas entrepreneur community, and bilingual service is a core part of how we show up for them You have a bachelor's degree You're a problem-solver who thrives when every day looks a little different What We Offer Four-day workweek (May-December) Direct primary healthcare Performance-based bonus pay Tuition reimbursement and continuing education Paid time off and parental leave

We are hiring for Business Relationship Manager & Senior Business Relationship Manager. The compensation and title for this role is commensurate with experience. We're growing, and the person who fills this role will be a foundational part of how our members experience BPM.
