Build relationships that matter. Job Purpose Our Retail Bank Tellers are at the heart of our customer experience. As a Retail Banker Teller, you'll serve as a trusted financial partner for both retail and commercial customers—handling daily transactions, solving problems, and creating positive experiences that build long‑term relationships. What You'll Do Provide friendly, accurate service for customer deposits, withdrawals, and routine banking transactions Serve as a subject‑matter resource by performing all Retail Bank Teller responsibilities with confidence Balance the ATM, cash recycler/dispenser, or manage the branch vault (where applicable) Assist customers with debit card services including ordering, replacements, and PIN resets Accept and properly submit debit card disputes to the Electronic Banking Department Support customers with stop payments, address updates, check orders, and other account maintenance Act as a retail internet banking specialist to help customers navigate digital banking tools Follow Integrated Teller Override Procedures and all bank policies Mentor and support new team members through leadership and technical expertise Contribute to a collaborative branch environment and take on additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Cash handling and customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and customer‑focused approach Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required Work Schedule & Environment Full‑time position (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday Occasional extended hours or overtime as business needs require Professional office environment with rare outdoor work Physical Requirements Frequent sitting, talking, listening, and use of hands and arms Occasional standing, walking, bending, or crouching Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally Vision requirements include close and distance focus, color and peripheral vision Why Join Us? Teller Experience:
We require candidates to have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience as a Teller in a banking or financial institution. This ensures familiarity with essential banking procedures and operations. Proficient in
Cash Handling:
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in cash handling, including accurate counting, balancing, and processing transactions.
Strong Customer Service Background:
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. This includes the ability to address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience for every client.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Effective communication is essential in this role. Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and supervisors professionally and clearly. High School Diploma Required
