Teller Position

Job Description :

This position must be able to accurately and efficiently process routine transactions for bank customers including cashing checks, processing deposits and withdrawals, and processing loan payments. The position will interact with bank customers and suggest appropriate bank products and services. The position will also recognize and refer customers to lenders when appropriate. Hours of operation are M-F 8am-5pm & Saturday 8am-12pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides exceptional customer service with a friendly personality Accurately balances assigned cash drawer May serve as back up Vault Teller Ensures compliance with all internal controls, policies and procedures Completes all requires web-based training courses Sets up online and mobile banking for bank customers Orders debit cards and resets PIN's for customers Possible cross training with other positions Performs any other duties assigned by bank management

Job Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Consistent punctuality Prior Financial Experience Preferred
