Teller / Customer Service Representative Priority Bank - Ozark, AR Priority Bank is seeking a friendly, dependable Teller/Customer Service Representative to join our Ozark branch. The ideal candidate will have strong community ties and a genuine commitment to serving local customers with professionalism and care. In this role, you will greet and assist customers, process routine banking transactions, maintain accurate cash handling and daily balancing, support account inquiries and new account openings, and promote bank products and services that meet customer needs. This position requires someone who is comfortable wearing many hats, as you will have the opportunity to assist in multiple areas of the branch and learn different aspects of banking, contributing to a well-rounded skill set. You will also follow all bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe and positive banking experience for every customer. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a personable, community-minded attitude are essential. Candidates should feel comfortable learning banking systems and procedures and be able to work in a professional, customer-focused environment.
