Scheduled Hours:

Monday -

Thursday:

8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Friday:

8:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Saturday:

8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Must be available to work most Saturdays, with a day off during the week) Sunday - Generally scheduled off

Pay:

The hourly rate of pay for new hires is $23.76/hour. Responsibilities and Duties Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Assists with performing member transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, address changes, account opening, etc. Developing, strengthening, and deepening member relationships. Creating loyalty by exceeding member expectations. Identifying member needs and selling the appropriate products and/or services. Contributing to business objectives through sales and exceptional performance. Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registration (NMLS) to comply with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act). Must be sales/solutions/service oriented and work well in a production/goal attainment environment Minimum of 1 to 3 years of cash handling, sales, and operations Training will be completed in locations in San Jose/Santa Clara - flexibility to commute for training is required.
