Responsibilities Handle daily cash transactions with precision, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, ensuring all debits and credits are accurately processed using banking software. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through various banking products and services. Conduct basic math calculations swiftly and accurately to verify transaction amounts and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift. Detect and prevent potential fraud by monitoring suspicious activities during transactions and following established security protocols. Manage customer relationships effectively through proactive communication, upselling opportunities, and personalized financial advice. Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, cash management activities, and compliance documentation in accordance with company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in cashiering, retail math, or banking environments with a strong understanding of cash handling procedures. Familiarity with financial software systems and proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and manage diverse client needs confidently. Knowledge of banking operations including debits & credits, basic math skills combined with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial dealings. Ability to handle high-volume transactions while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Prior experience in financial sales or relationship management is a plus but not required.
