Job Description

Teller 1.0 1.0 out of 5 stars Job Description The Teller is responsible for delivering exceptional member service by processing routine financial transactions, assisting with basic service needs, and supporting branch operations. This role serves as the front-line ambassador of the branch, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and a positive member experience. In addition to completing daily transactions, the Teller engages members in conversations to identify needs and refer them to appropriate products, services, or branch specialists. The Teller plays an important part in the branch's overall performance through accuracy, service quality, and referral contributions.
Required Education and Experience Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
6 months of cash handling, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Basic understanding of financial products and services (training provided). The level at which you will be hired will be determined by experience. Saturday Availability is needed.
