JOB FUNCTION
The Drive-Up Companion will act as a secondary person for the drive-up teller after the main banking lobby has closed. Perform ancillary duties as necessary such as verifying branch close and security procedures, and administrative tasks.
JOB DUTIES
Assist in various tasks such as greeting customers, switching lights, and bringing in canisters. Verify outgoing courier bag. Scan teller work. Replenish supplies. Secure building and lock doors and drawers. Serve as companion to the teller. Perform other administrative and security tasks as needed. Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Completes all required training. Actively communicates matters of potential audit or compliance risk.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
No prior experience or training necessary. Monday through Thursday 3:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. / 8 hours per week. Demonstrate strong motivational, time management, multi-tasking, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills. Ability to be detail oriented. Basic computer skills. Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and create positive connections with customers. Establish and meet goals to increase efficiency improving customer service. Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
: The physical demands described below must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Sedentary physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature. Required to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time. May be required to wear face coverings during business hours. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with fingers. Required to walk, reach with hands and arms, push items overhead, occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Required to talk, hear, see, read, and write. This position requires occasional lifting and moving of up to 10lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
