Job Description
Minimum 2 years of Teller and customer service experience in banking. Knowledge of account servicing and teller systems. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. This role involves handling financial transactions, opening and servicing accounts while providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. Key Responsibilities include processing of deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers. Open and maintain customer accounts. Follow teller procedures and ensure transaction accuracy.
