What You'll Do As a Full-Time Teller, you help create smooth, welcoming member experiences by handling everyday member needs with care and accuracy. This role matters because you're often the first point of contact-and your service helps members feel confident in their finances. Key responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine transactions; answering questions about accounts and services; and resolving concerns with a calm, problem-solving approach. What you'll bring: Friendly, professional communication and a member-first mindset Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers Reliability, integrity, and the ability to learn new systems and procedures Customer service experience (banking experience is welcome, not required) If you're ready to grow your skills and support members every day, we'd love to see your application. A Typical Shift You'll start by getting your station ready, checking for updates, and connecting with teammates on priorities for the day. As members arrive, your focus stays on creating an easy, respectful experience-switching between quick transactions and longer conversations when someone needs extra guidance. Between member visits, you'll balance your drawer, complete documentation, and stay current on tools and processes so you can keep service moving smoothly. The pace can be busy, but you'll have support nearby and steady routines that help you finish the day organized and confident.
