Essential Functions:

Serve as a main point of contact for our guests Maintain our Elite Casino Resort guest service standards Process check cashing, cash advances, slot machine vouchers, and table chip redemptions with an assigned cashier bank Balance assigned bank at end of shift Ability to focus on transaction or task at hand and not be easily distracted Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor Cash handling background is helpful but not required

Required:

Adhere to all Cage policies and procedures Comply with all Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations as well as any other local, state, or federal guidelines Ability to obtain an IRGC license and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
