Bank Teller Traer, IA 50675 Full-time Full-time Chelsea Savings Bank - Full Time Teller in Traer Summary As a Bank Teller, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while managing daily banking transactions. Your core skills in cash handling, basic math, and financial services will enable you to assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries efficiently. You will also leverage your premium skills in customer relationship management and fraud prevention to enhance client trust and security. With a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction, you will contribute to the overall success of our banking operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their banking needs and inquiries. Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Utilize financial software to manage accounts and process transactions efficiently. Identify opportunities for financial sales and upsell services to enhance customer relationships. Monitor for signs of fraud and report any suspicious activity to management. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Proficient in cash handling and basic math Experience in banking and financial services Familiarity with financial software and cash management techniques Ability to manage debits and credits accurately Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection methods Excellent communication and relationship management skills Includes Excellent benefits.
