Come grow with us! SUMMARY Idaho Trust Bank is seeking a Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will open consumer and business account products and process client transactions. You will support the branch sales efforts by identifying and educating clients of Idaho Trust Banks products and services. The Teller is expected to uphold our corporate values, actively participate in company initiatives, be an active member of project teams, and have the drive to continually grow and learn in a forward-thinking company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Open new business and consumer account products. Perform routine teller transactions proficiently and accurately. Maintain a cash drawer and follow proper balancing procedures. Provide assistance with account servicing needs. Constructively interacts with co-workers, provides coverage and cross training as needed. Handle multiple time-sensitive demands efficiently. Maintain the security and confidentiality of the Bank and Client information. Other job duties as assigned.
THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the position in a satisfactory manner. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines. High School Diploma or equivalent Customer Service experience Prior Retail of consumer banking experience is preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to use a personal computer, word processing, spreadsheets, and other Experience in cash handling and sales in retailing banking is preferred, will train. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Ability to adapt and learn quickly. Detail oriented.
