Job Description

We're seeking a Full-Time Bank Teller who brings meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence to our dedicated team. What You'll Do As a teller at Citizens Community Bank, you'll be the welcoming face our customers see every day. You'll play a key role in creating positive, efficient, and secure banking experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and resolving basic inquiries.
  • Balancing cash drawers daily and maintaining proper cash levels.
  • Recognizing opportunities to refer customers to other banking services.
  • Protecting customer information and complying with all bank policies.
  • Working closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Supporting branch promotions and community events as needed.
You're a
Great Fit If You:
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in the banking industry.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
