1st shift M-F, Part-Time 3pm-7pm

$18.25-$21.09/hr based on experience Sedona Staffing is recruiting a Interactive Teller (ITM) for a local financial institution. The Interactive Teller (ITM) connects with customers in real time via video chat to assist in completing transactions and answering questions. The ITM Teller is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing financial transactions, and maintaining a high level of security and compliance. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Greet ITM customers promptly and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Create a friendly and professional environment that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business. Listen to customer concerns attentively, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary. Accurately process ITM transactions, including check cashing, cash withdrawals, depositing cash or checks, transferring funds between Blackhawk Bank & Trust accounts, processing loan payments, processing credit card payments, and assisting customers with account balances and other inquiries. Inform customers of ITM limitations and transactions that cannot be processed at the ITM, including opening a new account, applying for a loan, updating a savings account passbook, purchasing a cashier's check or money order, purchasing license plate stickers, and purchasing rolled coin. Possess a comprehensive understanding of bank products and services. Stay informed about the bank's offerings, including savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, and credit cards. Continuously update knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Balance ITM station at the beginning and end of each shift and ensure accuracy. Reconcile the ITM station to ensure it balances with the recorded transactions. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies. Identify and correct transaction mistakes when debits and credits do not balance. Review transaction records to identify errors. Correct mistakes promptly to maintain accurate financial records. Report any suspicious activities or transactions to the appropriate personnel. Monitor for any unusual or suspicious activities. Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance. Adhere to the bank's policies and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant environment. Stay updated on any changes to regulations and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and transactions. Protect customer privacy by ensuring that all information and transactions are kept confidential. Handle sensitive information with discretion and care. Assist the eBanking Department with processing mobile deposits. Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of mobile deposit submissions. Monitor transaction limits and flag any suspicious activities for further investigation. Contribute to various projects as needed, adjusting focus according to the current volume of ITM transactions. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in cash handling and financial transactions is an asset. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using computers and banking software. Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
