Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and the ability to use good judgement. 18-25 hours per week. Hours and days will vary. Mon
- Fri between 9:00-3:00 Once fully trained, work rotating Saturdays from 8:00-12:15. Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Promote and upsell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Perform cash handling duties with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area Experience
- Prior experience in a retail or financial services environment is preferred
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and basic math skills
