Teller

To assist members with their financial transactions, involving, accepting and disbursing cash and other negotiable instruments while ensuring members receive friendly, accurate, and timely assistance. Processes member financial transactions, including but not limited to posting transactions, deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders and various other credit union products as well as assisting in the maintenance of member records. Apply regulatory restrictions as needed. Demonstrates effective and consistent communication. Answers phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service. Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including filing and computer input. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions. Promotes credit union products and services to our members that will improve their financial security. Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay:

$14.50 per hour
