Teller

Position Summary The Full-Time Teller is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately and efficiently processing a variety of financial transactions. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, helping to build relationships, identify needs, and promote bank products and services. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide prompt, courteous service Accurately process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing Balance cash drawer daily and maintain a high level of accuracy Identify and prevent fraudulent transactions by following bank policies and procedures Assist customers with account inquiries and basic banking services Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Assist with opening and closing the branch as needed Support other team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or cash handling experience preferred Banking experience is a plus
