Teller Floater

If this sounds like you, we'd love to chat! Job Description Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments. Directs and receives members telephone calls. Travels between branches and provides coverage during busy times and staff shortages. Balances daily transactions and verifies cash totals. Investigates and resolves any out-balance situations. Greets members in a welcoming manner and assists them with account and/or credit union information via phone, email, in person, live chat, etc. Identifies opportunities and cross sells/offers products and services to our members. Properly scans checks received in a timely manner and clears on us checks. Demonstrates the Credit Union's Core Values (Service with an EDGE, Solutions, Adaptability, Respect, Accountability). Performs other job duties as assigned.‍ Requirements Six months to twelve months of similar or related experience. A high school education or GED. Hours are 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
