Responsibilities:

• Perform cash management duties, including handling cash transactions, counting and verifying cash, and maintaining accurate cash balances.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their banking needs and answering any questions they may have.
• Process various types of financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to effectively cross-sell and upsell to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the bank branch.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills:

• Strong math skills, including proficiency in retail math and the ability to perform calculations accurately.
• Proficiency in 10-key typing for efficient data entry.
• Familiarity with cash registers and other banking equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
