Position Summary:

Process cash and check withdrawals, account-to-account transfers, and share deposits. Process cashier check and Money Order purchases and VISA cash advances. Account for daily balancing with recycler or physical cashbox. Provide members with proper receipts for deposits, payments, transfers, etc. Respond to members' requests, problems and complaints, and/or direct them to the proper person for specific information and assistance. Provide members with account status, including current balances and loan pay-offs Perform other similar duties as requested or assigned by your supervisor. Must be at least 18 years of age Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate comfort with technology including MS Outlook and various software programs. Previous experience in customer service role is a plus.

Hours:

Full-time and Part-time positions available, with rotating

Saturdays Status:
